Vegan Diet at-a-Glance

What Do Vegans Eat?

Vegans eat anything which does not contain animals, including animal products or by-products, such as eggs, dairy, Casein, Whey, gelatin, lard, pepsin, rennet, stearic acid, cetyl palmitate or urea.

There are so many awesome substitutes for all those meals or ingredients we used to eat! So, you never will feel like you're craving something you can no longer eat.
